    Hoping for a 2nd baby.
Okay I've been on birth control for 3 months I recently finished my packet and I'm not on them nomore I want to have a baby.

My fiance'e and I had intercourse November 2nd which my doctor said was my ovulation day and before the 2nd. I had a period October 6th and October 18th the last time I seen a period.

Last week I had brown spotting it was only when I wipe and wasn't much all that lasted for 3 days. Is it possible it is from inplantation bleeding?

I had some mild cramping still no period and I'm not spotting at all just from the 3 days I mentioned I'm hoping that I finally conceived I've been trying for a long time my dr says I'm healthy and is able to have children considering I already have a 5 year old son so if anyone knows what it could be please help thanks.

No the dr suggested that he should have a semen annalisis but he won't he's embarrassed like every male Md their ego so I had been tested and all my hormone tests came back normal I'm able to have babies everything is really good. I took a pregnancy test this morning since I've been feeling sick and it came back negative :( I think maybe I took it too soon I don't know my ovulation days were I believe October 31st, November 1st, and the second some where along there I just got off birth control I ended November 1st though, the 2nd I should have been fertile from what my dr said maybe I did the test too soon or I didn't conceive I hear some women get fertile right after they stop birth control I don't know guess I'm going to wait for more disappointment I'll retest in a couple of weeks again.

Males are the EASY ones to test for fertility. Testing women can be painful, a pain in the neck, and expensive.

Why would he be embarrassed? It would be an easy, pain-free test, and would take no time at all. And the fix can be easy. My husband was the culprit, but all he had to boost his fertility was wear looser underwear and jeans.

My fiance'e wears fruit of loom their large they aren't tight so he has room to you know... As men would say hang loose lol. Hes pretty healthy sees doctors every year for a physical he doesn't drink or do drugs he's only 166 pounds he's skinny a little pot belly other than that he's healthy he smokes cigarettes but not as much as before. I have no idea why he would be embarrassed he's very stubborn yes the tests I've been through and had to go through were painful but at least I know I'm healthy and is able to have a baby. This waiting sucks I've been wanting a baby for a long time.

The smoking could be the culprit. Maybe he needs to eat better or needs certain vitamins or a certain pill once a day. Like I said, it might be an easy fix.

Did you know that many of those kings and princes who dumped their wives because the wives didn't get pregnant with heirs (Henry VIII comes to mind) were actually themselves the reason the women couldn't have kids? Of course, in their ignorance, the men blamed the women. A male friend of mine has been having sex for years with any female who looked twice at him. He often wondered why they were all sterile and he never got anyone pregnant. Turned out when he had a fertility test done, he had about six sperm swimming around, rather than the millions that were supposed to be there.

Of course even perfectly healthy couples who time their sex with their cycles can often take months and even over a year to get pregnant, It would be actually against the odds to get pregnant the first month off your pills. But then it does happen, in fact you can even get pregnant on the pills.

It is now a waiting game.

I'm just hoping it's an easy fix for my sake anyway I want another baby so bad I only took the birth control pills because my menstrual cycle was irregular I could go 2 or 6 months without a period and since I been taking them I had 2 periods a month dr figured I needed a higher amount of estrogen to get my body regular and going normal again but I was also irregular before I got pregnant with my son it only took me 2 months to conceive him we started trying in July I was pregnant well found out I was pregnant October 18th but conceived him in September I was only 4 to 5 weeks pregnant. I'm just hoping he has swimmers in there I'm going to continue to talk him into getting his sperm counted hoping it works. We are working on quiting smoking I've been a smoker for 10 years going on and he's only maybe been smoking 4 years it hasn't been long for him it's a nightmare for me. I'm just hoping I can get pregnant before a year I'm only 24 going on 25 maybe I can get my fiance'e to take some vitamins I see my dr tomorrow so maybe the test I took could have been early not sure but time will tell I'm still going to hold on to some hope people who get pregnant right off the pill I say their very lucky that they did I'm struggling to get my 2nd child I was blessed to have one but I would love for him to have a sibling around. Thanks to you both for your answers and advice I appreciate it :)
