Water spraying from pressure relief underneath outdoor spigot?
Underneath our outdoor spigot is a pvc pipe protruding from the wall with a brass valve of some sort on it. The valve can be tightened or loosened by screwing it into and out of the coupling. At this time there is water spraying from this valve and I cannot stop it. I have tried turning on the spigot and releasing pressure. This slows the water spraying from the valve, but when I shut off the spigot, the water begins to spray from the valve again. Any help on this would be appreciated.
