    Name on deed
    My mom passed away years ago when I was a kid and she left me and brothers her house. How can I make sure that are names were not taken off illegally by my father?

    How do you know they were ever put on ?

    Have you went down to the court house and checked the deeds ? If they were put on the deed, then they will be on the deed.
