I love singing. I have been singing for, who knows how long. I want to be famous because I think singing is fun and I would love to share my talent with everybody out there. I'm 13 and I have have been on stage at talent shows. I really don't care about the money, the popularity, and I could survive on 2 hours of sleep. All I think is, why go through life unnoticed?

1. no you can't go on 2 hours sleep. Some people have gone on 4 hours and others 6 hours but as adults, children need more sleep for proper development.

Next I will assume you are taking voice lessons, and learning perhaps a music instrument, like guitar or piano.
You have already learned how to read and write music and have studied some of the coding methods they use perhaps in various types of studios.

Since most places don't allow you to sing covers ( other peoples songs) I will assume you have already started writing music.

So you get your parents to take you to open mic ever week and find places to sing.

I have been getting lessons for the guitar and the piano. Yes, I have started writing my own music. But the problem is, my parents don't know that I want this so bad...

First get your music copyrighted. Www.copyright.com Then you should sing your songs on YouTube and you could get a lot of subscribers. From there people can hear your music. You can also make your music available for sale on itunes. I'm not really sure how that works but you could try it.

Okay, I'm 12 years old and have been singing my whole life. My dream is to be famous because all of my friends and family say I sing really good. I would be willing to take all of the criticism from all of the haters out there. I sing literally everywhere, the car, talent shows, the park, etc. I have written a song with my friend and we sound really good together. I know how to play guitar and the piano. All of my life is music. All I need is help getting started...

a month ago you were 13, now you are 12? Please don't post the same question multiple times. I've merged your threads for you. If you want more advice just post an answer to this thread.

As for your You Tube videos, why do you say they are bad? Is the singing bad or the production value? If they are bad, take them down and work harder on new ones. You are not going to achieve fame without hard work.
