I have a sharp pain that pulsates in my right leg. This happes through the day and not painful enough to make me tinge but enough to cause dicomfort. I usually forget about it when I start working or doing something other than sitting there thinking about it. The pain usually starts from my knee and sometimes goes up to the back of my hip. No new injuries that I know of, but I do have bad knees from playing basket ball when I was in high school 5 years ago. Don't think this has anything to do with the pain in my leg but my left sholder has been bothering me for a while now. Usually just above the sholder blade. Im 23 and I don't really exercise much. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Could be several things :repetitive strain injury,sciatica,arthritic,.

There are many things it could be... try taking mild painkillers,see if it makes a difference,or maybe a gel rub into the painful area might help.

If it continues to feel uncomfortable,I would pay a visit to your doctor.
