    Help with three figure bearing math problem?
    Columbus set sail on a bearing of 325 degrees from a port in Spain.After sailing for 130km,he was shipwrecked and drifted 200km on a bearing of 202 degrees.

    a.How far is he from port?
    b.On what bearing must the rescue team travel to get Columbus back to the port?

    a. Make a quick sketch, use your trigonometric ratios (cosine rule, or using components) to get the distance from the port.

    b. Use the sine rule here, or use the components again.
