Can I take her supervised visitation?
I have complete custody of my daughter but my ex wife(kassie) has supervised visitation every other weekend at her mothers(lisa). When I take my daughter to visitation my ex either don't show up or only stays for a few minutes. When my ex is there, she says things to my daughter and gets her upset. My ex once asked our daughter if she wants to come live with her again and she answered nooooo... and my ex wife went on to say well I'm going to take your daddy back to court and get you back and then you have to live with me. My daughter cryed and then we left. After several times I quit taking her to visitation. A few weeks later my ex wife's mother called me and said that my ex was not allowed back at her house and if we were to continue visitation it would have to be somewhere else. It has been a year and half, my daughter is now 4 1/2 and doesn't even remember her. She now calls my girlfriend of two years her mommy. What can I do to make sure my ex don't try to come back into her life.

You go back to the same Court that issued the current Order, explain the circumstances and PROVE that your ex-wife is harming your child emotionally. This may require an Court-appointed advocate to interview all parties and make the decision based on the best interest on the child.

I don't know where you are. I was recently in Court when the "calls the boyfriend Daddy" conversation was brought up. It backfired. The Court felt that allowing a child to call a person "Mommy" or "Daddy" when there is no permanent commitment (and, yes, I agree, people can get divorced) is harmful to the child because the relationship is not stable.

Again, I'm not saying I agree. I'm saying that's what the Court said.

Here's my bigger problem - in this thread you are a female with a problem involving a birth certificate. https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/family...ld-610517.html What's the real story in both cases?
