    I want custody/guardianship of my little sister
    I'm 21 and I live in Arizona. My sister lives in Washington with my mother and her half brother who is 4. They have no house and my mom has no job she moves them from house to house and in with friends monthly. She also tries to make her talk to the man who molested her and was going to move back in with him cause he will pay all her bills.     Have you try looking into legal websites like findlaw? You might be able to get basic information and contact family lawyer there.
