Blonde to black to blonde
How can I take my natural blonde hair that has been dyed a dingy black color back to blonde? I really do not like this color anymore it is starting to fade and in some spots looks almost brown. Not to mention with the regrowth of blond in some spots I look almost bald? And ideas here I really would like to go the easy and cheapest route possible. Thanks
