    Can a debt that is over 20 years old to Ontario Gvt be collectible now?
    Can a Ontario Govt small business debt over 20 years old originating from a fraud committed by a third party against me, was reported at the time to Ontario Govt and processed via small claims court at the time be collectible now?

    If a judgment was made against you, it may still be enforceable. The exact date of the judgment is needed.

    But how do I know if a judgment was made against me when I never heard back from the govt all these years and had already dealt with a ladt by the name of Barbara in charge of the loan in Ontario Ministry at the time?

    Is someone trying to collect? If they are they will have to show a judgment.

    If they sued in small claims court, then yes there would have been a judgement.
