Maple Chase / Robert Shaw 9600 only works 10 Minutes
Just moved in a new house with a maple chase 9600. I used manual mode. When I switch the button from off to heat, the heater only works for about 10 minutes, then turned itself off. The display is 64F, and the set point is 72F. I have reset the thermostat, but it does not help at all. Guys, please let me know if you have any idea, many thanks.

Let me start by saying this could either be a thermostat or a heater problem. We have a Maple Chase that's the equivalent of a Robert Shaw 9620. After reading different posts here, I found the correct owners manual online. Our problem is that the heater runs and runs but it's blowing very cold...

I have a Maple Chase 9600 programmable thermostat. The heater seems to work fine. AC does not work at all. Reset breakers. Battery OK. I can hear the thermostat click but AC unit outside does not come on. Help please
