    How do I file abandonment of a family?
    How do I file for back support, child and spousal, as my husband has returned, 3 years after abandonment, we lived a very nice life, and 3 kids ages 9,13,16 at the time, and I had to go homeless, when there father my husband domestically abused me, (have court proof i.e. docket and hearing verdict of guilty)he went on to buy a speed boat atv hunting equipment while not paying child supporting for his kids also working a high paying job in which I helped him go to school for and my family directly were responsible for his being hired... We his family were plunged into debt and hardships that cannot be erased and or all suffer from post traumatic stress disorder, and I have fibromyalgia a direct result from domestic violence all of which can be substantiated with medical and police reports and State of California Victims Witness case...

    So how is the divorce hearing going, have you gotten the divorce yet ?

    When you filed for spousal support in court, what was the outcome ?

    When you filed for custody of the kids and child support what has happened ?

    So you can document domestic violence. But you leave a lot out. You say he has returned after 3 years. So what happened during those three years? Did you file for divorce? File for support? Did you receive Public Assistance? You talk about his purchases and job, how do you know those things?

    We need to know what has happened during those three years to be able to advise you.
