Agree forever, if you had a warrant issued 30 years ago, there is still a warrant.
Some warrants on traffic tickets are closed after a number of years by some cities.

Yes, in most cases, judges, and a attorneys all know each other. If you have issues with your attorney, ask for another one to be assigned.
If there is a issue with the judge, have your attorney ask for the judge to excuse his self, or ask for a change of venue even, if there is a real reason for it.
Again and about three threads we asked for detains, and you seem to refuse to give us any real reason.

Maybe, to some extent, with the judge. But with your attorney, if you know or suspect a conflict, confront him or her and get it out in the open immediately. You deserve an explanation if you believe there is a conflict.
And I see no reason for reluctance to address the possibly of a conflicted prosecutor either. He/she isn't on your side; you have no cause to be concerned with ticking him/her off.
The judge: obviously you want to be careful there. But there are ways to deal with the problem. And, unlike Cliff, I don't know if it necessarily has to involve an attorney from a distant venue.

Which, by the way, isn't a conflict of interest.
In my hometown, I used to have lunch with judges, prosecutors, and other attorneys every week. Not a problem at all.
But we didn't trade favors or expect favors at our clients' expense. That would be a horse of a different color.

No, this is not entirely correct. You are homeless because you allowed a drug dealer into your home and were not willing to testify against him.
Someone decided your husband's "levels were high" without testing him?
I'm sorry but I find your story very far fetched.

You have been advised before not to keep starting new threads. All of your questions bear on each so its best to keep them together.

Please stop posting the same question(s) over and over again.
This has been discussed in great detail. It's consent, by the way, and the only need the consent of ONE of the parties. They got it.
Why did they take only your boyfriend and not all four of you? I have no idea. Yes, I believe you ALL should have gone. Bring that to the attention of the Police.
You continue to post new questions without answering what WE ask YOU in order to give you an accurate answer. Your husband's "levels were high"... but he wasn't tested? How is that possible.
Sometimes it's your boyfriend you're talking about. Sometimes it's your husband. Which is it?
I pulled the newspaper article - was your husband/boyfriend arrested for operating a meth lab? If so, the facts are not exactly as you have stated. Or was it something else? It indicates he had outstanding warrants on charges of obstruction of justice, false reporting or informing, forgery and battery, dating back to 1999.
