    Should I lose weight? (pic)
    So I'm 14 and weigh around 120. I'm 5'5". My mom always tells me I should consider losing weight (specifically on my thighs). What do you think? In the picture, my thighs look a little slimmer than they really are (but nothing major).

    You look perfectly fine, you're still growing and changing, so should not be obsessing on your figure right now. The main thing is not overdo it on sweets and snacks, and eat lots of fruits and veggies and lean meat (and don't park in front of the TV and computer for hours at a time).

    Looks fine, at your age now, your body will be changing so much over the next couple years.

    Hun, you are so skinny! I am 14 and 5'5". I weigh 142. Of course I am on drum-line in the marching band but all of my legs including my thighs are muscle. You do not need to lose any weight at all. But if your mom is having a fit about it then work out on your legs. Running, stair climbing, and marching band (lol). Can help with that. But please do not worry yourself over this. Everyone is perfect the way they are.
