    If I am 18 and emancipate can I get my own child support If my father still pays?

    Child support is paid to the custodial parent.

    No, the support will always be paid to the parent or guardian who has custody over you.

    If OP is emancipated, this would mean that no one has custody. But in that case the court would have determined that OP is able to support him/her self. So child support would no longer be payable.

    Once you were emancipated you are not entitled to child support. Sorry. And any support paid would be paid to your parent, not directly to you.
