Help with my divorce
I left my wife 3 months ago, and have just found out she is pregnant and the baby is not mine, she wants to file for a mutual separation, can anyone tell me where I stand with this and is it classed as adultery? The dates work out to the point that I was still in our marital home when we separated and hadn't spoke about having a divorce I'm not sure if this is relavant or not please help

What do you want? Adultery is rarely enforced and is generally not needed as grounds for divorce. Do you want a divorce or what?
The thing is that, depending on where you live (ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.) you will probably be the legal father unless you challenge it.

I'm happy for a divorce but I believe that if someone is in the wrong they should be punished in some way, I live in the united kingdom, I just want to know if she's still legally entitled to half of everything!

What did she do wrong? You said YOU left. Have you consulted a solicitor?

If you want a divorce then file for one. But don't think about punishing her. That's not what divorce is about.
