    Little red dots on penis
    Hey
    I have little red dots that are just popping up on my penis, but the thing is that I have never had sex in my life, I know that they might just be sweat pimples but they won't go away.
    Please I want to know what it is and how to stop them.

    One can not tell over the internet what something is.

    1. how old are you
    2. do you masterbate on a regular basis
    3. if you do, is it rough
    4. do you shave that area of your body
    But it can be various infections, so it is best to get it checked out,
