    If my son dad sign over rights will he have to cont paying support
    My son father hates paying child support and wants to sign over all rights. Will he have to keep paying child support

    He can't sign over his rights unless/until someone else is ready to adopt the child. And, no, tell him he can't resign as a father in order to avoid supporting his child.
