I live in Florida and notice that my closet floor directly behind the wall between my bathroom floor where my toilet is located is wet, but my bathroom floor is dry. What could be my problem?

Hi Kuppa I agree with Boat, that you have a leak under the slab but to make it sure if this is the water pressure line do as he says close all the shut valves to fixtures in the house and go to the meter wach the small indicator if it moves you have a leak in the pressure line if no move then look for the drain line, see the image below,

Hi Jjkkkmmp Greetings from Sarasota and welcome to The Plumbing Page on AMHD.
You piggybacked on a 2 year old dead thread so I gave you one of your own. Before you post look in
The upper left hand corner for the date..
Check the meter to see if you have a pressure leak. If the little pointer's not moving check behind the toilet for moisture. However, if the pointer's moving then you have a pressure leak.
You might just have lucked out and the leak could be in a manifold above the slab in the wall.
If you find the leak's under the slab you have several optiuons.
1. Call a leak detection company and pinpoint the leak, jackhammer the slab and repair the leak and patch the hole, **OR**
2. You can do what I did when my cold water line developed a under slab leak.
I closed off the line with the leak and ran a 3/4" main all around the house. At each fixture on a outside wall I simply went in through the wall and picked up the fixture. For those fixtures that were on a inside wall I jumped up into the attic and dropped down the inside wall to connect. Saved me thousands and a lot of demodulation and the dirty mess that follows.
As our homes get older we are beginning to develop more under slab leaks especially if the pipes are galvanized iron. Good luck, Tom
