Packard bell easy note tj74 boot up problems?

Hi I'm wondering if u could help me I have a Packard bell easy note tj74 when I switch it on the screens not coming up I've tried the external screen and the hdmi port but nothings coming up I have the power light on and I can hear the fan going thanks David
