I have a female staff who was house trained for a good 9 month but all of a sudden on a night as started both weeing and pooing in the kitchen where she sleeps every morning seems to be the same but why now when she's gone so long without doing it.How can I stop this she can go out at 1 in morning and still messes don't know why please help

I would think your dog may have some type of intestinal parasite. Sometimes dogs with worms, giardia and so on cannot help but potty their place over night.

As stated above.. purchase a crate and use it. Because it may be some type of anxiety.

Also.. she is still very young.. A crate would benefit you greatly by curbing these types of behaviors...
