    Married but live different state for 3 years, how do I file for divorce?

    It depends on which State has jurisdiction - and there are several factors (including which States are involved). Divorce Across State Lines

    You are going to need an Attorney. Find one, make an appointment and discuss all of the problems involved when parties have lived apart for 3 years, in different States.
