Getting support for depression from my boyfriend
I've been with my boyfriend for just over three years and have been dealing with depression for about 4. Its recently returned, not as bad as before but still bad; the last time I went through a bad about of depression my boyfriend broke up with me. I want to try to explain to him how I'm feeling and ask him for help but I can never figure out how to. Every time I try he just doesn't take it seriously and treats it as if its no big deal, he's also really upset that we're not having sex as often and can't understand why even though I've tried to explain that my sex drive is practically non existent when I'm feeling crap. I think it would really help me if he could understand as I don't feel as though I can deal with this anymore. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
