    Failing to provide a specimen of breath
    Hi I am being charged for failing to provide a speciem of breath can you tell me the likely outcome please?

    Not sure about other states but in NY it's an automatic license suspension or revocation

    First are they looking at it from both statue of the DMV and also criminal of DUI ?

    Are they still trying to get a DUI from other evidence ?

    But my guess loss of Drivers license and perhaps fine.
