My boyfriend got a new house with a roommate, the roommate has bad credit so the room mates mom decided she would sign on the lease with my boyfriend, so her name and my boyfriends name is on the lease.My boyfriend wants to get off the lease and move into another house because we have gotten the cops called on us because of his room mate for loud music and the paint and sheet rock look really bad there are like three or four things wrong such as the garge door button doesn't work, the front door knob is broken we can't unlock the door with our key, one eye on the stove is broke, toilet in master bed room is broken.
