    File a motion to dismiss?
    Please direct me on how to file a motion to dismiss a traffic ticket issued to my husband at the very moment he was having the symptoms of a heart attack. He requested the issuing officer to call 911, the officer did and regardless, he was given the citation. We feel this has been very unjust. Please help.

    You plead not guilty (if you have that option) instead of paying and pleading guilty. If you plead not guilty you go to court in front of a judge to plead your case. Of course via summons.
