I stopped Dying It My Natural Hair Color Is Dark Brown But Now It's Red

I suggest you go to a salon and have your hair cut as short as you can live with (and return to get the ends trimmed as your hair grows), stop messing with it yourself, eat good food such as lean meats, fruits, and vegetables, and follow the salon's advice on daily hair care.

You need to go back to Square One.
