    I have a hard pianfull bump under my right knee cap
    Hi, I am 11, and I competitively jump rope. I have sprained my knee several times, and it happens very randomly. I have a small bone like bump under my right knee cap. I have heard I might have to get it removed surgically, but I am very scared! It hurts when I practice or put my weight on my knees. Please help me!
