    94 toyota won't start after engine wash
    We let it set all night. I also replaced wires dist cap and rotor and plugs

    Check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.

    Did you test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter? Be very thorough, since it will save a lot of time and money.
