    Probation Violation
    I've been on probation since last spring due to a DUI 1st. I haven't been in any trouble until earlier this month when I was caught shoplifting. It just so happens that I've got two prior shoplifting charges on my record when I was younger. I called my PO and informed her and she told me that she'd wait until my shoplifting court date judgment was given before telling me what she was going to do. I know everyone makes mistakes and obviously I've made more than my fair share, but I lost my job due to my DUI 1st and was unemployed until earlier this month. I'm back on track now, but I'm scared of going to jail. I've retained an attorney. Does anyone has any suggestions; does it looks as though I'll have to serve jail time? Is there a possibility that I won't have to?

    Unless you were shoplifting drunk I don't think your probation should be an issue, Now a third shoplifting is more an issue.
