    Security Deposit Refund Florida
    My landlord has basically stolen my security deposit. Where can I get help getting it back?

    The only way to get it back is to file a lawsuit. Hopefully you have pictures that prove you left the place undamaged.

    Did the landlord ever send you anything in writing advising as to how your security deposit was used?
