    US Citizen moving to UK
    Moving from US to UK. US Citizen. Can I withdraw my 401K and minimize the penalty and taxes?

    Nope - penalty and taxes will be what they will be, regardless of the fact that you are moving. Best to either leave the account where it is or roll it to an IRA.
