    Pennsylvania state detainers?
    If you were arrested on an alleged voiolation of probation and the charges were withdrawn, what is the process of removing the detainer and how long should it take? The person has now served 3 months prior to the final hearing where the charges were finally withdrawn?

    Their attorney makes a motion to have the detainer lifted on grounds that they were found not guility.
    That is assuming that the charge was the only violation
