I feel like my boyfriend and I are drifting.
We've been together almost 3 years now. And we'd broken up once before, for about 5 months. We've been back together 6 months now and everything was going perfectly fine up until about a week ago. He just seemed really distant and when I ask him about it he says its because he doesn't have a job and feels like he's never going to amount to anything. I ask if he still loves me and he says "yes" but it still feels like he's losing interest in me. I don't know what to do to get him to open up more or to make myself stop feeling like this. HELP.

It may not be you that he is down about. Has had said that he is low because of not having a job. If he is down maybe he needs to speak to the doctor. Let him know that you are there to love and support him, that he can talk to you about whatever it is that is concerning him. Maybe help him to sit down and figure out an action plan... things he can do or that you can help him with to find a job. Be proactive and help him to focus on the things that are good in his life and the moment and on the things that can be done to try and improve his situation.

Don't always assume the worst from him. He could be just sad. Or maybe it's something else. Try talking to him more but not to the point when you are asking him too much,
