    Why is my vagina loose
I am 19 years old and have had quite a lot of sex over the last few years. I have been with my partner for just over a year now and we frequently have intercourse. Recently we have both nooticed that I am not as tight as a used to be and it is at the stage where there is hardly any feeling. Please help

    Hhhmmm... That's interesting.

Kegels and pelvic floor exercises. That is my best suggestion. Also change up the positions that you are using. Figure out which ones are good for you. Some might provide more sensation then others.

The reason that this is interesting is that a woman's 'tightness' usually doesn't change. The canal is meant to stretch but as any elastic, it rebounds back. Maybe a trip to your oby/gyn might be a good idea too.

Beat me to it on the kegels craven.

But I would also suggest Ben wa balls. Small balls that are basically weights for your vagina to strenthen the wall.

I think all of these suggestions are good. If the "problem" is concerning you, I would consult with a Physician.

Vaginas are built to "bounce back." Vaginas also don't have a lot of "feeling." Are you saying you can no longer climax?

Also, is your current partner smaller in size than a previous partner?

Sometimes looser is better. Tight is better for running a sprint... looser lets you run a marathon.

All of this is good but kegels are not meant to tighten the vaginal cavity, just strengthen it for bladder control. Kegels are interesting exercises anyway. You can do them while doing multiplie tasks, while drivng, while sitting a desk, while talking to your partner. I am dong it now while typing this reply.

Nothing can replace a tight vagina. It occurs from too many babies, too many large partners.

The old saying that alum and honey work well (if anyone knows about alum in pickling veggies I hope you are laughing).

Benwa balls, no, don't work. That is only for stimulating and why stimulate if you can't climax from being too wet or to loose.

Nope, nothing, should have thought about that while you were playing around with some large men, who thought you were the cats pajamas because you were so tight.

Give pelvic floor excercises a go.

I do it when I'm just watching TV or lounging about, it can become a routine.

And I guarantee it'll drive your man wild when you tighten around him after a few months of exercise!

Agree with this! Orgasm balls not only help with muscles, but it feels great to go through the day with the little vibrations. It'll heighten your sex drive! X

It is the Kegel exercices that strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, Dani. For this reason doctors recommend that women do them on a continual basis to strengthen bladder to avoid incontinence.

As I previously stated, yes they do strengthen the muscles. Orgasm balls do too. They contain a little ball that rattles and causes the woman to contract.
