    Swollen finger joints?

So I've had swollen finger joints for quite a while now, I'm 16 and have never injured my fingers and they don't hurt but the joints seem to go out sideways making my fingers look slightly swollen around that joint.
In the picture embedded (not mine, I found it on google) if you look at the right finger, see how the joint goes out at the side? That's what my fingers are like!
Like I said this doesn't cause any pain but I'm just wondering the cause and any possible ways to make it go down if it is swelling, without surgery though? It's hard to find rings to wear, I do know this isn't exactly life's main priority but still I'd like to do something, anything? Thank you!

I'm sorry, but I don't see the image, but I would like to help you nonetheless.

Is it possible that you may have a form of rheumatoid arthritis that is causing this?

I sort of do, sometimes if my fingers feel they need to click I pull them backwards but only gently? Never hurts, just makes them feel a bit better..
