    Operating a biz w/o a license
    Who would I need to contact to report a business that is operating without a license.

    Call up the county or city where this business is located and report them to the city/county administration offices. What type of business are they operating? How do you know they have no business license?

    Also what type of business, a doctor with no license would be reported to several places. A hot dog vendor may be reported to a couple agencies ( in the US)
