I am 13 years old and I have a white bump on my lip. By accident I bit it off while I was eating a cookie. But it still came back. I can pop it (it still comes back)please help

You are making matters worse by 'popping it'. Why do you think that is a last resort when you see something on you rbody that you don't understand.

White bumps, now is it sore, bleeding, weeping puss? If it is none of those but you can quickly make it something by continuing to play with it), then don't worry about it. It could have been the start of a cold sore, could have been nothing, just a white bump that you saw under the skin.

If you are worried about, because we can't diagnose here, then have your parents take you to an oral surgeon and have it diagnosed.
