    How to relieve chest pains
    Chest pains in left side of chest and arm. No insurance and cannot afford a hospital trip
    What can I do at home to make these go away?

    There is nothing you can do at home. Left sided chest and arm pain can signify a heart attack. Hospitals cannot turn you down if you cannot pay. Most hospitals have programs that help pay your bill if you are not able.
