Hi.. I had a person in my life who was like my brother and best frd. As my father had passed away he became very close to our family and also me. Initially everything was good, but later our relationship took different turn. We had sex but neither of us were committed to marry to each other it moved on. He got married but after marriage again one day we had sex and that resulted in abortion. After few months everything was normal between he and me . I committed to different person. But I hid all these details from him.. But now he knows.. I don't want to loose him.I really love.. But I am not getting how to confess and get him back.

If you mean the guy who you had sex with, you owe him nothing. If you mean the one you are committed to, then you better be honest, or you build a commitment on a lie. That makes your commitment a lie.
