Okay, I am 17 years old, and had unprotected sex on the 7th of July, and I have not had a period since. I have gained weight and my lower stomach is getting hard, and I feel little "bubble" like feeling in my lower abdomen sometimes. So I decided to get a pregnancy test and it showed negative, could I still be pregnant. My periods are never regular but I have never gone this log with out, an I don't want to go to the doctor in fear they will tell my parents.

I would take another test. Whatever the results, you NEED to see your doctor. Even though you are a minor, they will keep your visit confidential.

Have taken multiple pregnancy test, but they all show negative, but all the signs are getting more severe of pregnanceey. Could I lack the pregnancy hormone,

You could have an infection, you could have a STD, you could have many things, some serious, the fact is YOU don't know.

Are you taking the test with the first urine of the morning ?

But Scott is right, no matter what you WANT to hear, you need to go to the doctor and have this checked out.
