    New TV time.

I assume you unplugged it and waited a few minutes before plugging it back in... because if that doesn't work, it needs repaired or replaced. Odds are replacing is cheaper.

Try uplugging it for a few minutes first... every once in a while it actually works for a problem. I however doubt it will this time.

Parts + labor on an older TV usually amount to be more than its worth. Unless you are an electronics tech, of have a family member that is... best to buy a new one.

Trust me, I'm an electronics Engineer, and I sometimes fix, sometimes just toss the stuff based on what it cost me to fix. And I don't have to pay myself for my time.

But first the male occupant is a handy man and has been doing lots of modifications to his home since...
