    You don't, if you just used drugs and have to take a test within 24 hours, there is no way to pass.

    Don't do the drugs within 24 hours and drink cranberry juice just to make sure you pass because the juice cleans your system out of almost all drugs and its healthy too:D. If you do the drugs and take the cranberry juice then you have to let it get through your system.. and drink up to 5 glasses until the day you take it.
