Late period

I usually get my period around the 26th to 28th of every month but last month I got it the 16th but it was not normal it was spotting for a few days then for two days it was a little heavier but not like how my normal period is then more spotting now the next month it's the 14th and still no period could I be pregnant I took pregnancy tests last week but they were negative
