    Michael Biehn movie
    Was seen on Sci-Fi station... seems something of the title had the word Red in it... He was being chased by other people because of his powers... In this movie he smoked a cigarette, and a woman took a drag.. therefore, she had the powers too.. There was a small child in the movie.. her legs were twisted and mishapened, somehow he healed her... and she had the power too... had one of his first movies... not a hit movie.. sort of like a B movie...
