Bankruptcy Filed - Car Never Repossesed
I cosigned a personal load for my ex-wife. My car was used as collateral. I just found out that she filed bankruptcy 8-12 months ago. I have not been notified from the credit company about wanting the car or payment. I would like to get the lien off my title. What should I do at this time?

It seems like you jointly owned the debt, with your car as collateral. If it was discharged in her bankruptcy, you now owe them, and the debt will need to be satisfied to remove the lien.
