    Classic cartoon
    I need help in trying to figure out the name of a classic cartoon. It looks like a Disney cartoon but I checked the whole list of them and couldn't find this cartoon. It's about a little (I guess) orphan girl who comes home to a surprise of toys that decorate her house for her. I think they decorated it while she was away. They put on a show for her and make a cake for her (one of the toys is busted by a doll eating the cake too soon). She's a little red headed girl with (I think) a blue tattered dress... or green... can't remember. If anyone can tell me the name and year of this old cartoon I would surely appreciate it. :D
