    Can walking a lot make your toes bleed more?
    Last week, I ate some rice that was on a tray a plastic tray. A hard plastic tray with a cup of apple sauce and a cup of apple juice. So when I was done eating the plate of rice. I slowly put it on a hard plastic tray. Then I grab the cup of apple sauce really fast and I forgot it was balance. So it fell on my big toes.

    You know what you ate has little to do with this,

    Did you cut your toes or toe when cup fell on them, if so, what part of the toe, and how bad, How was it treated.

    How long has it been bleeding ?

    A plate fell on it and it was my big toe on my left foot. I put a bandage on it.
