    It's not always about the amount you eat but also about the quality of your food. Doing mild exercise and maintaining a strict diet regime make you lose weight quickly. Fasting is a big no no as it slows down your metabolism. When your metabolism is slowed down, it reduces your body's ability to lose fat.

    Eat healthier and exercise. The reason everyone says this is because it works. The only trick is to stick with it. In order to lose weight you just need to do this EVERY day. If you do, I can guarantee you will lose weight
