    Problem with Down "There"?
    Hi, I'm 18
For the past 5 years that I have masterbated I've never actually orgasmed or came close too. I've even used a toy but that didn't really help so I thought hey, once I have sex maybe I just need the feeling of a real man?
But a week ago me and my boyfriend finally had sex for the 1st time, and it was my first time,
I didn't even get anymore excited than what I felt when we made out before we tried anything. I came to believe that maybe there is a problem down "there"?
I mean yes I know its harder for girls but its been many years of unsuccessful attempts,
I could really use some advice :)
    Thank You -Alisha

The first thing to look at is how secure and comfortable you are when you masturbate. If you have any worries about being over-heard or interrupted then it is going to be more difficult to relax and get into the mood.

Have you found anything that really turns you on? Not only is more difficult for women to reach orgasm, but it begins in the brain and sometimes even hours before you ever get around to sex or play.

If you are concentrating getting to a climax instead of the sensations and what you find arousing then it will be more difficult for you to orgasm. Even with masturbation you need to give yourself more than physical toys to play with.

Another thing to remember is that your entire body is an erogenous zone. If you are concentrating only on your pubic area, it may be keeping you from finding other areas that turn you on more.

Erotica in its many and varied forms (from romance books to hardcore porn) can help you find thoughts that might be turn ons or to rule out ideas that might be turn offs. Don't be afraid to explore your thoughts.

If you are still having problems, talk to your gynecologist. It could be a mental block, but in rare cases it can be physical. Remember this is a doctor who has heard it all so don't be embarrassed to ask him/her for advice.

I do agree with Cats idea of using erotica. I have shelves full of erotica, and reading them, I get a pleasant build up to extreme arousal. It makes it much easier if I want a quick orgasm.(They often have decent storylines, too!)

Use a vibrator? Get your sexual partner to go down on you? And honey you have something great to look forward too XD when you do orgasm it will be amazing. :P
